How we handle grievances
- We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours of receipt.
- We aim to resolve grievances within the timelines prescribed by applicable law (generally within 15 days, and as required under the DPDP Act).
- Please include your name, registered email, a description of the issue, and any relevant booking or transaction references so we can assist you quickly.
Payment-related queries
Payments are processed by our payment partner (Cashfree Payments and/or other licensed payment service providers). For refund or settlement queries, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy or contact us directly.
