Service Delivery Policy
This Service Delivery Policy explains how services purchased through the Therapify platform, operated by Therapify Technologies Private Limited ("Therapify", "we", "us"), are delivered. Therapify provides digital and online services only; no physical goods are sold or shipped.
1. Nature of delivery
Therapify is a software-as-a-service platform. All services are delivered electronically through the Platform. There is no physical shipment, courier, or delivery of tangible products, and therefore no shipping charges apply.
2. Access to the software
- Upon successful registration and account setup, practitioners and clinics receive access to their Therapify dashboard and features electronically, typically immediately or via a setup link sent to the registered email address.
- Patients/clients receive booking confirmations, intake links, telehealth room links, and invoices electronically at the registered email or within their patient portal.
3. Delivery of paid sessions
- When a patient books and pays for a session, the booking confirmation and session details are delivered electronically immediately after payment is confirmed.
- The session itself (telehealth or in-person, as offered by the practitioner) is "delivered" at the scheduled date and time agreed between the patient and the practitioner.
- Telehealth sessions are delivered through a secure, browser-based video room; no app download is required.
- Post-session deliverables such as chart notes or letterhead-branded reports, where offered, are made available electronically through the Platform.
4. Delivery timelines
Digital access and confirmations are delivered in real time or within a few minutes of the triggering action (registration, booking, or payment). If you do not receive an expected confirmation or setup link, please check your spam folder or contact us using the details below.
5. Failed or delayed delivery
If a paid session cannot be delivered due to a technical failure on the Platform, or is not delivered by the practitioner, refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
